WHAT can be returned?
Returns accepted on faulty parts only.

HOW do customers return items?
Contact us if you believe you have a faulty part & or see our Warranties section below. 

SHIPPING for returns?
If an item is found to be faulty, we will cover return postage costs. 

Packing materials?
Any item returned needs to be in its orginal packaging & accompanied by proof of purchase.

EXCHANGES. Items such as helmets can be exchanged for another size however the buyer will be responsible for all extra postage costs & items must be returned in new condition.

 

 

BAD BOY BOBBERS & CUSTOMS WARRANTY PROCESS.

Please note, we check every item before it leaves to ensure item is undamaged & functioning to the best of our ability. Occasionally we miss something and are here to assist so please be polite. Our staff have been instructed not to respond to rude demands for replacement parts. Like any business we have a warranty process and it must be followed without exception so please exercise some patience. Staff are unable to issue replacement parts until a warranty decision has been made. We will process each warranty as quickly as possible.

Step 1: Customer is to email sales@badboybobbers.com.au (not social media) photos of the issue along with a description of the problem & when the problem arose eg: During installation, one week after installation, when they opened the box etc.

If the item has been installed, who installed it? A Qualified Mechanic? If so please include the Mechanics name & contact details. We require this information to proceed with a warranty claim.

Step 2: Once received, warranty emails will be submitted to the person responsible for making initial warranty assessments. A Warranty Number will be assigned to each case. 

NOTE* If a brand new item is DOA, Bad Boy Bobbers & Customs, at their discretion may dispatch a replacement immediately and issue you a postage label for return of the faulty item. 

Step 3: Unless advised otherwise in writing, all faulty items must be returned to our store in Hughesdale Victoria with the Warranty Number marked clearly on the return postage label.                 Eg: Warranty Number #001. The customer will be responsible for all return postage costs unless advised otherwise in writing.

Step 4: Once received back at our store, Item will be inspected for a warranty decision. In some cases we may be required to then send the item back to our supplier or the manufacturer. All decisions are final.

If the item is deemed to be a warranty, Bad Boy Bobbers & Customs will reimburse the customer’s return postage costs & dispatch a replacement item immediately at our expense. 

If the item is deemed not to be a warranty, the customer will be responsible for any further postage charges.

 

 

RETURN POLICY – AS PER A.C.C.C. REGULATIONS

  • You are entitled to return a product if you believe that there is a problem.

  • You can ask for a replacement or refund if the problem with the product is major.

  • The consumer guarantees do not apply if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.

We will refund or exchange faulty items only & we must be advised of any issue within 7 days of receiving the item.

We do not provide refunds on purchases which have no fault, refer to last bullet point above.

IF” an exception is made & a return is accepted, a 15% Restocking Fee will apply. No Exceptions.

We may give store credit or exchange item for another item at equal value at our discretion.

 

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.  In no event shall seller be liable to purchaser for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of, or as the result of, the sale, delivery, non-delivery, servicing, use or loss of use of the products or any part thereof, or any charges or expenses of any nature incurred without seller's written consent, even if seller has been negligent.  In no event shall seller's liability under any claim made by purchaser exceed the purchase price of the products in respect of which damages are claimed.
