Returns Policy



WHAT can be returned?
Returns accepted on faulty parts only.

HOW do customers return items?
Contact us if you believe you have a faulty part & if appropriate, we will authorise a return.

SHIPPING for returns?
If part is found to bne faulty, we will cover return postage costs. 

Packing materials?
Any item returned needs to be in its orginal packaging & accompanied by proof of purchase.

EXCHANGES. Items such as helmets can be exchanged for another size however the buyer will be responsible for all extra postage costs & items must be returned in new condition.

  • You are entitled to return a product if you believe that there is a problem.


  • You can ask for a replacement or refund if the problem with the product is major.


  • The consumer guarantees do not apply if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.


We will refund or exchange faulty items only & we must be advised of any issue

within 7 days of receiving the item.


As a rule. we do not provide refunds on purchases which have no fault, refer to last bullet point above.


“IF” an exception is made & a return accepted, a 15% Restocking Fee will apply. No Exceptions.


We may give store credit or exchange item for another item at equal value at our discretion.
